Bricked my phone going to 44r!
I flashed 44r over my current 43r firmware and my phone would not turn on at all. Shorting pin 4/5 and inserting the battery got me back into BL mode and I restored my backup. Crisis averted.
So take that as a warning, it seems quite a few people are having problems with 44r
